Gratis breipatronen

Hoera, de Telegraaf deed het weer: een nieuwe versie gratis breipatronen, voor kinderkleding dit keer. Als je geen abonement hebt op de Telegraaf (heb ik ook niet), niet getreurd...op internet staan ze ook. Klik op deze link en download ze. Mijn absolute favoriet is deze poncho. Dit is voor het eerst dat ik het jammer vind, dat ik geen 16 meer ben, maar met wat kleine patroonaanpassingen...wie weet...

My favorite pattern is this poncho. The pattern is for girls till 16. This is the first time I'm sorry I'm not 16 anymore...but with a few bigger pieces...who knows...

We hebben warme kleding zeker nodig met dit weer, bah, het lijkt wel herfst. Ik hoop nog op een paar mooie nazomerdagen. En als die nou net op mijn trouwdag zou vallen...helemaal niet erg ;-) Maar vooralsnog blijf ik lekker warm op de bank met mijn nieuwe patroontjes.
We will need those warm clothes with this weather. It really looks like autumn already. I still hope for a few nice sunny days. And when they coincidently will be on my weddingday....I really won't mind ;-) But now, I will stay at my couch, nice and warm (and dry!) with my new patterns.

Beezzzz mobile

Zoals gisteren beloofd hierbij de foto's van het uiteindelijke resultaat: de hommel mobile.
I promised you yesterday the pictures of the result of the mobile. Here they are...

Ik heb gaatjes geboord in een stuk drijfhout en de hommels opgehangen met garen en een knoopje. Het hout hangt aan een stuk lint, zodat hij naar wens op hoogte kan worden aangepast.

I made some holes in a piece of driftwood and hung the bumblebees on some yarn with a little button on top. I made a large piece of ribbon on the wood so you can hang the mobile anywhere you like.

Beezzzzz....

Afgelopen week ben ik bezzzzzzzig geweest met hommels. Gezellige ronde hommels met een belletje erin voor mijn kleine neefje. Het duurde even voor ik de smaak te pakken had, maar dan heb je ook wat. Hier het resultaat!

Last week I was buzzzzzzzzy with these bumblebees. Cosy round bumblebees with a rinkle inside for my little nephew. It took a while before I got the flow, but the result is satisfying.

De kleine man had niet zo'n leuke start in het leven. Geboren na 27 weken zwangerschap. Maar gelukkig gaat het nu goed. Nu nog even een mobiel maken van sloophout en dan kan de kleine man gaan kijken naar zijn nieuwe huisdieren.

The little man had not had a very pleasant start of his life. Born after 27 weeks pregnancy. But thank God, he is ok. The only work left is making a mobile from wood and after that the little man will be able to watch his new pets all day.
