Like I promised, the pattern of the hat in English:
needle 5,5 mm and 5 mm
gauge 16 sc = 10 cm (with needle 5,5)
3 balls of 50 gram each
First you make the top of the hat with needle 5,5. Make 92 ch. Turn around and crochet 91 sc (the last ch is a turn-chain). Make 25 rows of 91 sc.
26 - 1 ch, 1 sc in the first sc, after this 45 x sc2tog
27 - 1 ch, 1 sc in each sc (46 stitches)
28 - 1 ch, 23 x sc2tog
29 - 1 ch, 1 sc in each sc (23 stitches)
30 - 1 ch, 1 sc in the first sc, 11 x sc2tog
31 - 1 ch, 1 sc in each sc (12 stitches)
Leave a long peace of thread to sew the hat together and fasten off.
Now you will make the cuff with needle 5. Crochet 9 ch. Turn around and make 7 hdc in the last 7 ch (2 ch are for turning).Turn around, make 2 ch and make 7 hdc only in the backloops. Repeat this untill you have aproximately 56 rows. (This size is for a 56 cm head).
Pin the cuff at the bottom of the hat. Stretch it so you don't leave a piece. Hook with sl st the cuff to the hat. Be sure these stitches are at the wrong side of the hat (unless you like this border).
Sew the hat together with small tight stitches and make a big lose ponpon to sew on the top. I used pieces of thread of 12 cm.
Put your hat on and now you're ready for winter!!!
